If not completely satisfied with a product, we offer our customers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Defective units must be reported within 30-days of purchase and will be replaced at Birdsgottago's cost.
Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and returning the product to BirdsGottaGo. BirdsGottaGo is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment. If you are returning a product because of our error, returning a damaged or defective product, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs and provide a return shipping label. Please contact us if you need assistance.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned product and the product is verified to be in saleable condition (does not include damaged or defective products), the refund will be initiated. Funds will be credited to the original credit card used to purchase the product. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending upon your card issuer’s policies.
